Took this pic when I was on lunchbreak from jury duty last March, in downtown Manhattan, New York City, near City Hall. The array of fire escapes, restaurants, spring trees in bloom and a lone houseplant in a window caught my attention. This would make a nice piece alongside some of my other NYC building photos! :) I also love the old-fashioned blue and white awning in the lower left.

Once again, I owe you great thanks, Rich, for the lovely comment! Yes, I LOVE the bright blue of the awning against the primary color red of the other awning, with a hint of yellow in "BREAKFAST," barely visible behind the tree. I took this one while on lunchbreak from jury duty - lol! Goes to show even jury duty can be pleasant!
